How we handle website information.
This policy describes the information Opsulur receives through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to opsulur.com and its website inquiry forms. Vidzonia's separate public website and product services are governed by their own notices.
Information you provide
When you request a product demonstration or contact us, you may provide information such as your name, work email address, company, role, industry, company size, procurement volume, and details about your business needs. We receive only the fields you choose to submit, subject to fields marked as required.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review and respond to your inquiry, arrange a requested demonstration, understand the product or service you are interested in, and maintain reasonable records of our business communications. We do not use these website forms to create a product account or complete a purchase.
Website hosting and service providers
This static website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify processes website form submissions on our behalf and may maintain technical and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site. We use service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the website, receive inquiries, or communicate with you. Their handling of information is also subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Server logs, fonts, and cookies
Hosting infrastructure may automatically record limited technical information such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and error or security events. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means a visitor's browser makes a request to Google when loading those font files. Opsulur does not currently include a website analytics platform, advertising tracker, or a site-operated cookie-based preference system in this repository.
Sharing
We do not sell information submitted through these inquiry forms. We may share it with personnel responsible for responding to the inquiry and with service providers needed to host the website, process the form, or deliver business communications. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users, or our rights.
Retention
We retain inquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting business relationship or records, meet applicable obligations, and resolve disputes. The appropriate period may depend on the nature and status of the inquiry; we do not apply one fixed period to every inquiry.
Your choices and requests
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights concerning access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or may object to or restrict certain handling. To ask a question, withdraw from further inquiry-related contact, or make a privacy request, email Kovid@opsulur.com. We may need enough information to understand and appropriately verify a request.
